Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organizing and controlling area sales staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet the sales target and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards;
∎ Developing necessary procedures and processes to ensure that the sales force operates efficiently and effectively and achieves all sales objectives;
∎ Monitoring the performance of sales staff and take remedial action when necessary to ensure that the sales target is met;
∎ Monitoring the sales performance of competitors to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive position;
∎ Focus on identifying new business opportunities that fit the strategic direction of the Hospital, and maximizing the outcomes of those opportunities;
∎ Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and ensure that any directly relevant information is communicated to key stakeholders;
∎ Develop and implement Public Relations Strategies to position the Hospital as the health care leader in Chattogram Region;
∎ Develop and execute business plan;
∎ Develop relationships with businesses and community groups to promote the Hospital and Hospital Services;
∎ Develop and/or market new services of the Hospital;
∎ Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and associated documentation;
∎ Coordinate with the Corporate Marketing Team to monitor and analyze hospital media exposure;
∎ Oversee the development of marketing literature, both electronic and paper based
∎ Develop, draft and distribute media releases/advertisements that meet the marketing strategy of the Hospital and that comply with set policy guidelines;
∎ Plan and execute events (public awareness campaigns, media and publicity campaigns, staff annual function and social responsibility projects) in coordination with the Marketing Department and the Hospital Directorate;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Skills Required: B2B and B2C sales and marketing, Brand Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Market Development, Market Research, Marketing Strategies
∎ At least 10 year(s) in related field and minimum 5 years in managerial position;
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Proven experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
∎ Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
∎ Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
∎ Should have excellent skills in management prioritization.
∎ Having managerial, critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, strategic planning, and other related business skills is crucial.
∎ Must possess strong interpersonal and public relations skills for communicating details about events properly.
