Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a highly dynamic, strategic, and result-oriented GM / DGM (Corporate Sales) to lead our B2B and institutional sales division. The final designation will be offered based on the candidate's experience, competency, and track record. The ideal candidate must have a proven background in the Furniture and Interior Industry and will be responsible for driving large-scale corporate sales for Furniture Concept and our interior wing, Effective Interior.
B2B Business Strategy: Develop and execute aggressive corporate sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Client Acquisition: Identify and generate new business opportunities from corporate houses, real estate developers, government institutions, banks, and multinational companies.
Tender & Project Management: Lead the preparation of tender documents, project proposals, and bidding for large-scale interior and furniture projects.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong networks with Architects, Interior Designers, and key corporate decision-makers.
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor the Corporate Sales Team and Key Account Managers to enhance their B2B selling skills.
Coordination: Work closely with the factory, supply chain, and interior design teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of corporate projects.
