Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from a reputed educational institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Marketing, FMCG Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and developing short and long-term goals and objectives annually, and submitting time projections to corporate management for approval.
∎ Build up strong rapport with institutional,corporate general trade customers.
∎ Prepare monthly sales plan & execute accordingly to achieve sales target.
∎ Paying close attention to daily operations, recommending and creating improved courses of action where necessary.
∎ Ensure collection of market dues, bad debts, recovery, settlement and adjustment.
∎ Coordinate/Follow up with supply chain personnel for timely delivery of the products for ensuring availability of products in the desired locations.
∎ Prepare different types of report for the management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis, Competitors Sales & Activities Analysis etc.
∎ Corporate, institutional and general trade customer selection,performance monitoring and decide on business continuation.
∎ Prepare documents in respect of sales contract/credit contract for new customers and upgrade previous customer's agreements, if necessary.
∎ Strong monitoring of sales force & distributors' commission management system.
∎ Solve the end users' problems (such as product delivery, payment system, rate, commission, offer etc.
∎ Should have thorough and clear knowledge/understanding about respective market/zone/region regarding market size/volume, market share of different brands/company, market potentiality.
