Job Context:
∎ We seek 1 new staff for the purpose of marketing interlinings.
∎ Stationed at DHAKA office OR DEPZ office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ MUST HAVE MINIMUM 8 YEARS EXPERIENCE OF MARKETING INTERLININGS. DO NOT apply if you don't have this experience.
∎ We expect you to bring in $70,000 a month sales accounts to SBC when you join. We are absolutely sure to be able to meet your clients price target and quality requirement and chemical test passing parameters. We have the full range of ready stock of Resin Fabrics in our Factory Warehouse. Cotton Interlinings from 60 ~ 250 GSM, TC Interlinings from 70 GSM ~ 200 GSM, Dot Interlining from 22~70 GSM, All variety of Knit Fusible and Water Jet fusible and Stretch and Non Stretch Polyester interlinings and PP Spunbond Interlinings- all with Oeko-Tex class I Appendix 6 certification. You will be given sufficient time to transit your existing sales accounts to SBC and our Director Level Higher Management will fully provide you support and assist you with the switching of the accounts. We will work hand in hand with you so you can be successful with your tasks. Our goal and your success depend on you succeeding, we know that and will act on that alongside you. The support we will provide to the right candidate will be unparallel to anything you have ever experienced. Success will be the only logical outcome.
∎ Must have ability to develop business with merchandisers/ managers/ directors/ procurement departments to sell interlining products.
∎ We expect you to understand chemical test parameters of interlinings based on different buyers, we expect you to have a solid knowledge and understanding of interlining articles, qualities and related matters.
Salary:
∎ BDT 130,000 per month+ other generous allowances
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Provident Fund Facility: Yes
∎ Sales Commission: Possible, based on direct discussion with the Managing Director
∎ Festival Bonuses: 2x a year
∎ Review of Performance: 1X a year
∎ Yearly increment of Salary: Minimum 10%
∎ Vehicle Provided: Yes
∎ Foreign Leisure Trips: Possible if Sales Targets are met. In past our Sales Team travelled to Thailand and Malaysia as a special Thank You from M.D. for their satisfactory performances with all expenses paid. The management will like to continue these trips.
∎ Advancement Opportunity: The right candidate has the option to work his way up to General Manager of Sales & Marketing Divison and grow with the growth of SBC.
