Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce/Master of Business Administration (MBA) Major in Marketing/Management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall sales & Export in National / International Market.
∎ Preparing Sales forecast, allocating yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly targets
∎ Achieve monthly and yearly sales & export target.
∎ Lead and motivate Sales teams for achieve the desired result.
∎ Plan and monitor Sales team's regular activities.
∎ Identify potential customer & business opportunity and create data base accordingly.
∎ Communicate prospective customers regularly.
∎ Maintain relationship with the existing customers.
∎ Develop and implement export strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in target markets.
∎ Identify and analyze new markets and opportunities for the company's Jute products.
∎ Develop and implement pricing strategies and promotional activities for target markets.
∎ Manage and coordinate all export activities, including order processing, documentation, shipping, and logistics.
∎ Ensure that all customer inquiries, complaints, and orders are handled in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Manage and develop the export team to ensure that they are highly motivated, well-trained, and capable of achieving the company's goals.
∎ Follow up with foreign buyers and keeping close relationship with them.
∎ Preparing shipment schedule and shipment status report.
∎ Ensure jute, jute products and jute packaging is as per buyer's specification.
∎ Ensure proper planning for dispatching the export items to reach buyer's warehouse within agreed delivery date as per LC documents.
∎ Follow up with jute production department for production requirement, ensuring lead time and dispatching shipments on time.
∎ Coordinate with Commercial Team:
∎ To ensure all export documentation properly, such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents, are accurate and comply with local and international regulations.
∎ To Liaison with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
∎ To Coordinate with EPB, BJGEA, BJA, BJSA and others related offices & Associations.
∎ To Liaison with Bank for LC document processing for export formalities.
∎ To Liaison with Shipping Line, Forwarding Agents and other organizations related to export.
∎ To Deal with port, airport, customs authority and any other government agency to facilitate export operation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ 10 to 15 year(s) in relevant field, out of which at least 5 years in similar position.
∎ Strong leadership skill.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and result oriented.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent email communication and correspondence in English, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Computer skills with smooth operating and working experience in MS Office.
