• Minimum Master`s in any discipline.

• Preferably an MBA in Marketing or Management from any reputed university.

• At least 3 years

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position at any reputed organization.

• The applicant with extensive experience in marketing copper busbars, copper strips, plywood, particle board, melamine board, veneer board, MDF board, PVC sheets, and PVC ceilings will be given priority.

• Negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain trusted customer relationship.

• Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written).

• Organizing and time management skills.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Establish clear sales objectives for each team member of the marketing team.
• Plan for the achievement of individual and regional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company.
• Ensure the effectiveness of cross-selling activities by guiding the sales team.
• Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.
• Ensure alignment with traders and customer strategy and plans for profitability and sustainable growth.
• Continually planning and executing, monitoring and controling sales performance of each member of the team.
• Making monthly visiting/tour plans for all marketing team members and implementing them effectively through regular follow-up and discussions with team members.
• Sale Analysis : Value-wise and product wise.
• Maintaining relationships with customers/key business partners, appointment of new traders.
• Monitoring activities, products, and services of competitors and preparing strategies for the company.
