Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Have to work with loan insolvent case/complicated loan problem.
∎ Preparation and implementation of detailed work plan and methodology of Finance and Accounting.
∎ To deal with Bank and arrange loan/ working capital/term loan for the project/company.
∎ Liaising with banks to maintain banking facilities.
∎ Loan Procedure Proper Knowledge regarding Legal Chain documents & Rajuk documents and Liaison with Bank & financial institutions.
∎ Prepare Builder's letter for loan disbursement & Provide land documents to take projects approved by Bank for a customer loan.
