Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engg. (Elect./Mech.) with MBA from any reputed university.
∎ In case of highly experienced candidate educational requirements may be relaxed.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Shall work as team leader.
∎ Creating new corporate/ industrial or group customer to accrue the sales target.
∎ Prepare daily work report as well as closing report at the weekend.
∎ Meet the objectives and targets of the sales and Marketing Department.
∎ Time to time report to the Management.
∎ Able to find some new clients who will be eligible to buying our product.
∎ To create a strong data base and able to handle it indecently.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Must be leadership quality, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
∎ To find out the performance gap of non achiever and guide them to achieve the next target.
∎ To ensure that every sales individual creating their own customer database and thus will create a corporate customer
∎ Evaluate of customer feedback to understand the customer satisfaction and find out the points where customers are not satisfied and take strong initiative to stop repetition of same error.
∎ To prepare Monthly target vs. achievement report in the basis of collection of his team.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the business area (s): Electric Cables / Sub-station/Generator/ Electrical Goods.
∎ Should have good mentality, smart, presentable, responsibilities and attitude in all respect, strong work ethic.
∎ At least 3/5 years of working experience in similar position.
∎ Should be a computer literate.
