Educational Requirements:
∎ The GM (Accounts) is preferably a Chartered Accountant or CMA/CPA or similar professional degree holder besides having masters in Accounting

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead & Manage accounting and finance, cash management, financial reporting, tax matters for the company. Provide strategic financial advice on the overall direction of the company and each individual project.
∎ The GM (Accounts) will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all Accounts and finance related activities of the company.
∎ Finalising accounts of the group.
∎ Well versed in Direct & Indirect Taxations and represent in all tax Assessments.
∎ Manage processes for funding, cash management, consolidation and reporting to the Company.
∎ Ensure effective internal controls and statutory compliance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ A senior managerial position holder with 15+ years of related experience for a major company (turnover exceeding 200 crore) or similar size group of companies.
∎ Should have high level of written and oral communication skills.
