∎ International Customer Service Excellence – British Council or Similar Institutions
∎ Travel Risk Management & Safety Protocol Training – UNWTO/WHO Guidelines Based
∎ Schengen, US, UK, Canada, and Australia Visa Application Process Masterclass
∎ Certified Corporate Travel Management Specialist
∎ Basic & Advanced Air Ticketing Course – IATA Accredited Institution
∎ Cross-cultural Communication & Global Etiquette Training
∎ Digital Travel Marketing and CRM Tools – HubSpot/Zoho/Travelport
∎ Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality,

∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Proven Minimum 3+ years of experience in international visa processing and travel consultancy.
∎ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
∎ Strong knowledge of Schengen rules, UKVI, and US visa procedures.
∎ Well-versed in creating tour packages and destination briefs for Western countries.
∎ Tech-savvy with the ability to manage CRM, Google Workspace, and travel software/tools.
∎ Must be customer-focused, organized, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide end-to-end support for tourist, business, and family visit visa applications (USA, UK, Schengen & non-Schengen Europe).
∎ Research, plan, and coordinate custom travel itineraries based on client needs, including accommodations, transport, and sightseeing.
∎ Serve as a professional tour guide, both virtually and physically when required, especially for European and Western destinations.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of embassy rules, travel policies, visa checklists, and required documentation.
∎ Liaise with embassies, clients, and tour operators to ensure seamless processing and travel arrangements.
∎ Offer accurate and timely guidance in English communication written and spoken for all client interactions.
∎ Handle post-travel feedback, client service, and repeat travel queries with professionalism.
