Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Global Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for telemarketing, lead generation, and achieving daily KPIs and sales targets. This role involves cold calling and mailing to generate leads and convert them into valuable clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telemarketing and cold calling to identify potential clients globally.
• Generate leads and follow up on them through calls and emails.
• Meet and exceed daily KPIs and sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies.

Salary & Benefits: Probation Period: 3 months with a monthly salary of 10,000 BDT. Post-Probation Salary: Upon successful completion of the probation period, the candidate will be confirmed with a salary range of 18,000 to 25,000 BDT. Yearly salary reviews and project-based bonuses. Fully remote position with the flexibility to work from home.
