∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in GIS, URP, Geography

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gather information for daily and bi-weekly situation reports based on updated
∎ achievement/progress of WASH intervention and submit daily/monthly reports including 4w matrix for internal and external circulation.
∎ Plan, coordinate and implement GPS data collection, analysis, and information dissemination.
∎ Provide training and support to relevant partners on data collection and analysis.
∎ Design, develop and maintain the databases.
∎ Carry out various sort of Need Assessment of WASH facilities and documentation.
∎ Maintain the follow up of the project work plan and achievement and kept updated.
∎ Act as the focal person of information management in sector forums and establish good networking with sector partners.
∎ Prepare data collection questionnaires against the agreed indicators to measure qualitative and quantitative achievement for periodic review and donor reporting.
∎ Create different types of GIS map for visualization and taking approval for need basis.
∎ Assist in conducting need assessment and developing new project proposals to submit to various donors.
∎ Research, draft and present any other documents necessary for project development, reporting and donor liaison purposes.
∎ Keep accurate and pertinent records of all correspondence, project development and reporting files and administrative information for future auditing.
∎ Perform such other duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor or Programme Manager.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ Advance MS Excel and ArcGIS/QGIS is mandatory.
∎ STATA/SPSS knowledge is an asset
∎ Good knowledge of Community mobilization and sanitizations.
∎ English: fluency in the language, expected to work independently using the language required, to prepare a variety of written communications (correspondence, reports, working papers, etc.
∎ To participate actively in meetings and in work related discussions.
∎ Ability to use computers and have knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint,
∎ ArcGIS, QGIS, Power BI and other relevant software
