Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree from a reputed university with MBA preferable in Marketing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales Marketing, Sales/ Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set-up national & territorial & head wise sales target.
∎ Continual training and development of all members of the sales department.
∎ Attending key meetings with members of the sales team.
∎ Set-up dealer target in each territory to achieve company's objective.
∎ Increase dealer-outlets to cover the uncovered areas.
∎ Find potential market and make strategic plan for launching new product.
∎ Work closely with marketing and brand team for developing promotional activities.
∎ Attending monthly meetings with other senior members of the business.
∎ Ensure outlet coverage with maximum number of product SKU.
∎ Plan for sales call development for better output.
∎ Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Market Reading Capability & Decision Making Ability.
∎ At least 5 years real life Experience in Ballpen & Stationery market.
∎ Track records of achieving sales targets, market penetration & team management.
∎ The candidate must be smart, dedicated and well organized, proactive with a sense of priority in completing the tasks assigned.
∎ Must be able to professionally communicate with Principals, negotiate terms and price
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, communication ability, energetic and confident.
∎ Good communication, drafting and reporting skills.
∎ Good command in Computer operating, especially MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, office outlook & Internet.
Salary: Negotiable
