Educational Requirements:
∎ Qualified Chartered Accountant as qualified from ICAB or ICAEW.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure compliance of VAT Laws as per the VAT and Supplementary Duty Act-2012.
∎ Ensure that all VAT registrations are updated for all units.
∎ To maintain close liaison with the local custom office, VAT commissioner, division office, circle office, custom intelligence office etc.
∎ Ensure VAT returns are prepared and submitted within deadlines.
∎ Represent as a company representative for hearing, assessment & settlement of VAT related issue with Govt. authorities and resolve for the best interest of the company.
∎ Conduct training to educate subordinate about the Existing/updated/ amended VAT Laws.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Full conversant with the VAT and Supplementary Duty Act, 2012.
∎ 20 years of relevant professional experience in a large organization/Group of Industries.
∎ High level of analytical abilities and personality characteristics.
∎ Should have capability to work independently & lead the team.
