Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive group supply chain strategy aligned with company goals and market dynamics.
- Establish and standardize supply chain policies, procedures, and SOPs across all units.
- Lead initiatives for cost reduction, lead-time improvement, and operational efficiency through strategic planning and supplier partnerships.
- Drive forecasting and material planning to ensure timely availability of raw materials and accessories.
- Oversee local and international procurement of all raw materials, chemicals, trims, and accessories.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic vendor partnerships for reliability, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
- Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure value-driven procurement.
- Maintain and update approved supplier databases and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with production planning, merchandising, and warehouse teams for smooth material flow.
- Ensure timely delivery of raw materials to factories and finished goods to customers.
- Optimize transportation routes, logistics partners, and warehousing costs.
- Supervise distribution efficiency among units and external clients.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement areas.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on supply chain performance, cost analysis, and efficiency metrics.
- Lead and mentor the supply chain teams across all business units.
- Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Provide training and career development support to enhance team capability.
- Any other task assign by management
