∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To meet the monthly sales target and identify new market for expanding
∎ To Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
∎ To liaise and building relationships with customers and media.
∎ To arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials.
∎ To carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.
∎ To evaluate marketing campaigns to monitor competitor activity.
∎ To increase distributor points to cover the uncovered areas.
∎ To provide monthly sales forecasting for product availability & recommendation for production planning.
∎ To make strategic plan for market development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Experience in training, managing and motivating a Sales Force.

Salary: Negotiable
