∎ Graduate/ Post Graduate from any repeated University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead and control the sales and customer management activities.
∎ Capable to take & achieve sales Targets.
∎ Prepare sales forecast on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis and prepare execution plan accordingly.
∎ To develop strategic promotional and sales plan to meet the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target of the company.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly work plan for sales team, follow up their work and prepare feedback report of the team.
∎ To build up relationship with existing customers for reference sale.
∎ Ability to initiate action plan to identify potential market along with new sales opportunities.
∎ Arrange regular meeting and training for skill development of the team and achieve ultimate goal of the company.
∎ Manage of all marketing communication and marketing requirements through effective management of the marketing function.
∎ Prepare annual operating plan (AOP) for sales and marketing dept.
∎ Encourage team work and efficiently develop, certify and evaluate periodical team performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in Sales & Marketing of Concrete Products like Hollow Blocks/ Solid Bricks.
∎ Should have opened minded with excellent dynamic sale attitude.
∎ Must have handsome appearance with smart approach.
∎ Good interpersonal and verbal/ written communication skills in English
∎ Having Sound Procurement experience in Stone, Bricks, Sand, Aggregate, Admixture, Lubricant, Mechanical & Auto mobiles equipment, etc;
∎ He has the knowledge on safety and security aspects of the plant.
∎ He has the knowledge on Bricks types, quality and parameters of raw materials.
∎ He has the ability to manage and leadership quality in all respect to plant running smoothly.
∎ Must have experience in Sales & Marketing of Concrete Products like Hollow Blocks/ Solid Bricks.
Salary: Negotiable
