Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master's in any discipline form Reputed Institute/University.
∎ Graduate in Marketing will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales target.
∎ Submit market data and management report on time.
∎ Source, negotiate and deal with agencies, Dealer, vendors and suppliers.
∎ Coordinate with all operations and all type channels of communications.
∎ Visit market places, search new business opportunities and recommend appointment of new Distributors in uncovered areas.
∎ Monitor activities and motivate Team Members to ensure productivity; thus achievement of Sales target.
∎ Coordinates with Operations and Integrated Planning for procurement, production planning, and timely dispatch
∎ Coordinates with Production and Quality Assurance departments in addressing customers complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
∎ Execute the company sales activities, plans and procedures.
∎ Plan, arrange and execute promotional activities of all products and services.
∎ Organizing regular field visits to prospective clients, demonstrating and presenting ourwork and establishing new businesses & products.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Sales/Marketing (Stationery & Gift Item)
∎ Additional Job Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management.
∎ Creative thinker and problem solver.
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ Excellent command in MS Office applications.
