Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Formulate digital marketing strategies to enhance brand affinity, driving customer engagement, generating lead and conversion across all business channels of the company (Ecommerce, retail stores, franchises).
∎ Lead comprehensive digital performance marketing efforts.
∎ Strategize and execute web, SEO/SEM, social media, display ad, DSP, App campaigns. Establish and manage a strong social media presence across all social channels.
∎ Work with digital agencies and vendors for effective digital media planning and execution.
∎ Derive insights from analytics platforms to align digital activities with global marketing plans.
∎ Work closely with ecommerce team to enhance website design, user experience (UX), traffic, and content quality.
∎ Social media management: Page handling and optimization, content publishing and scheduling, story-based caption generation, and more.
∎ Troubleshooting and running operations for all digital channels with specific platform team agents including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, GA4, Emplifi, etc Working closely with influencer pool, brand promoters, community leaders, and model/actors for brand endorsement and campaign needs.
∎ Collaborate with creative agency to plan and prepare key digital contents in line with, Collection and thematic campaign, OVC & UGC, Influencer contents
∎ Static and dynamic contents Responsible for budget forecast and management of all digital marketing efforts.
