Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, Organizations, directing and controlling respective divisional marketing, sales and technical support staff to meet the progress of sales target achievement.
∎ Responsible to perform marketing, sales & promotional activities of 'beverage' product.
∎ Liaison and Networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and competitor organizations.
∎ To co-ordinate with the Sales Team for timely submission of sales plan/forecast/requisite reports & consolidating it at National level.
∎ Develop plans for products and promotion and taking necessary action regarding integrated brand management.
∎ Develop business plan and marketing strategy and monitor proper implementation to ensure that brand objectives are achieved.
∎ Proper execution of marketing promotional activities in line with long term strategies.
∎ Plans for promotional activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
∎ Monitors competitor products/service standards and marketing activities.
∎ Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
∎ Directs market channel development activities and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
∎ Prepares daily / weekly/ Monthly report and submit to the concerned authority on a regular basis.
∎ Target orientation toward existing and new markets and accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and implementation sales plans.
∎ To analyze sales trends, preparing market plan and yearly sales forecast.
∎ To monitor progress and submit performance reports;
∎ To control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects
∎ To establish marketing goals based on market forecasts.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 47 years
∎ Should have experience at least 15 years out of which the incumbent should hold the position as 'General Manager' for 05 years in any renowned beverage industry.
∎ Well mannered, well behaved and well rounded.
∎ Highly energetic physically and mentally.
∎ Confident, Good speaker, Team player & Motivator
∎ Experience in marketing is preferable.
