Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / Masters in any discipline & Master's in Civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate Should be capable for create new dealers, and area demarcations.
∎ Achieving value, volume and profitability target of the specified Area by supervising team members.
∎ Strengthening credit management.
∎ Use research and market intelligence data to provide competitive edge to the business.
∎ Working closely with project engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors, developers and architects, sales, field forces, depots, dealers & retailers.
∎ Develop and maintain strong business relationships with all stake holders.
∎ Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients.
∎ Proper understanding & implementation of company policies and trade promotions.
∎ Take prompt action to resolve all customer issues and complaints, if any.
∎ Tour plan wise Regular market visits, pursue new clients and make report market and sales activities on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only allowed to apply in cement, Ispat, Paints, Construction Chemical (Admixture) Industry.
∎ Sound knowledge in Marketing, Sales, Promotion and changing trends.
∎ Sound knowledge and fluency in computer usage, essentially MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to co-ordinate with team and related internal functions
∎ Ability to work independently with pre-set goals
∎ Willing to travel frequently
Salary: Negotiable
