Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the resort’s day-to-day operational functions, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Security.
∎ Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals and guest satisfaction standards.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads and staff to ensure high performance and efficient service delivery.
∎ Monitor financial performance, control costs, and manage budgets to ensure profitability.
∎ Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards as well as local regulatory requirements.
∎ Develop SOPs and enforce quality control standards across all departments.
∎ Foster a positive work culture and maintain strong employee relations.
∎ Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
∎ Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
