Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operations across production, company management, quality control, supply chain, and distribution.
∎ Plan and implement operational strategies to meet production targets, optimize resources, and ensure efficiency.
∎ Lead cross-functional teams and ensure timely coordination among departments.
∎ Monitor KPI performance metrics, cost controls, and resource utilization.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
∎ Collaborate with senior management to align operations with business goals and expansion plans.
∎ Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
∎ Manage vendor and contractor relationships related to operations and logistics.
∎ We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee and manage our Fortis Agro Ltd. operations.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
