∎ Oversee day-to-day operations
∎ Design strategy and formulate goals for growth
∎ Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
∎ Set policies and processes
∎ Ensure production excellence to achieve the target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership qualities & deep knowledge of Factory Operation management.
∎ Good Communications skills in both Bengali and English.
∎ Should have technical knowledge on all types of basic and fashion Knit & Woven Garments good manufacturing knowledge of the entire value chain.
∎ Good command to handle IE, Production, PPC & Others department.
∎ Candidate should have handling Experience on ERP & Real time data management.
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
