Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directing, coordinating & growing the Health Insurance Business identifying new opportunities.
∎ Design new health insurance products, and pricing of the products for market competitiveness.
∎ Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
∎ Building internal capability, awareness and knowledge of insurance.
∎ Plan, recruit & develop the core team as well as the total distribution channel for the health insurance business.
∎ Provide leadership for management of the fund and insurance business in compliance with the regulatory requirements.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Min 15+ years' professional experience with renowned Insurance companies.
∎ Excellent communication & leadership skills.
∎ Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel/Word/Power Point).
