Experience:
Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage Team Leaders and Every Employees to achieve Department wise targets and KPIs.
• Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize sales processes.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, Stakeholders, Vendors etc. to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape for strategic adjustments
• Teamwork: Work closely with HR,Admin, Marketing, Finance, Engineers & Architectural, Supply Chain, CR Teams and operational teams to synchronize efforts and maximize Revenue generating effectiveness.
• Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports to the Core Management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
• Integrity and Loyalty: Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Invent all business strategies depending & focusing on ROI & Prepare Budget headed to performance targets.
• Lead the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) operations to ensure timely lead follow-up, conversion, and after-sales support.
• Monitor inventory movement, collection schedules, and handover milestones with cross-functional coordination.
• Regular Basis fostering to oversee operations, Financial management, make Strategic planning, Mentoring Staff management, Performance evaluation and reporting, Legal and policy compliance.
• Manages and controls a company's or department's day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
• Establish and enforce Company’s policies, documentation standards, and reporting protocols.
• Establish a Good Office environment depending on HR Policies.
• Work closely with Marketing for campaign design, lead generation, and digital outreach.
• Liaise with Engineering and Project teams to stay updated on progress, quality, and handover timelines.
• Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, revenue realization, and receivables, Project update
• Foster a performance-driven, ethical, and customer-centric culture in Sales, Human Resources & on Revenue generating Method.
• He will continuously strive to bridge the gap between management and employees.
