We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven professional for the position of Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager (Sales & Marketing).
The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Experience in real estate / hotel / resort / service industry will be considered an advantage.
The role requires strong communication skills, leadership ability, and market understanding.
🔹 Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies to achieve company targets
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through online & offline channels
Maintain and build strong relationships with clients and corporate partners
Handle customer queries and ensure proper follow-up to close sales
Plan and execute promotional campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, offline campaigns, etc.)
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and performance analysis
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Supervise and guide junior sales team members (for Asst. Manager role)
