🔹 Job Context

• We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic General Manager to lead overall business operations.

• The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

• Experience in Hospitality / Hotel / Resort / Real Estate industry will be highly preferred.

• This role requires strong leadership, decision-making ability, and business development skills.

• Oversee overall business operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals

• Lead sales, marketing, and operational teams to drive revenue growth

• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control

• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships

• Supervise recruitment, training, and performance management of staff

• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations

• Prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders

• Represent the company in meetings, events, and external communications
