∎ ✅ Oversee corporate tax planning, VAT compliance, and regulatory filings
∎ ✅ Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards
∎ ✅ Develop tax-efficient strategies to minimize liabilities and enhance profitability
∎ ✅ Manage relationships with tax authorities, auditors, and financial institutions
∎ ✅ Lead the preparation of annual financial statements, tax returns, and audits
∎ ✅ Oversee internal controls and risk management processes
∎ ✅ Work closely with the Accounts, Finance, and Compliance teams to streamline operations
∎ ✅ Stay updated with Bangladesh tax laws, budget implications, and policy changes
