Experience:
Postgraduate degree in any discipline with PGDHRM / PGD in Social Compliance will be considered.
Strong academic background is essential
Preference for candidates with internal audit training.
In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules 2015/2018
Strong liaison capabilities with BGMEA, BTMA, BKMEA, BERC, environmental agencies, compliance auditors.
Fire & safety departments, labor courts, and law enforcement authorities.
Good understanding of workplace health, safety, and environmental issues.
Expertise in HR & Admin practices including: Recruitment & Employee Screening, Compensation & Benefits.
Performance Evaluation, Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution.
Land-related documentation and estate management, including property records, legal papers, and liaison with government authorities.
Develop, review, and implement HR & Administrative policies and procedures.
Provide employee support related to compensation, leave, grievances, and workplace issues.
Lead and manage HR, Admin, and Compliance teams at corporate and factory levels.
Ensure cost-effective operations and proper departmental budgeting.
Enforce organizational policies, safety protocols, and security measures.
Act as the key contact for legal, compliance, and regulatory matters.
Conduct performance evaluations and ensure timely KPI reviews.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
Collaborate with departmental heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
