Education:
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Postgraduate degree in any discipline with PGDHRM / PGD in Social Compliance will be considered.

  • Strong academic background is essential

Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Preference for candidates with internal audit training.    

  • In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules 2015/2018

  • Strong liaison capabilities with BGMEA, BTMA, BKMEA, BERC, environmental agencies, compliance auditors.

  •  Fire & safety departments, labor courts, and law enforcement authorities.

  •  Good understanding of workplace health, safety, and environmental issues.

  • Expertise in HR & Admin practices including: Recruitment & Employee Screening, Compensation & Benefits.

  • Performance Evaluation, Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution.

  • Land-related documentation and estate management, including property records, legal papers, and liaison with government authorities.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop, review, and implement HR & Administrative policies and procedures.

  • Provide employee support related to compensation, leave, grievances, and workplace issues.

  • Lead and manage HR, Admin, and Compliance teams at corporate and factory levels.

  • Ensure cost-effective operations and proper departmental budgeting.

  • Enforce organizational policies, safety protocols, and security measures.

  • Act as the key contact for legal, compliance, and regulatory matters.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and ensure timely KPI reviews.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.

  • Collaborate with departmental heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
