Responsibilities & Context:
Auto CAD knowledge must essential· Without Auto CAD knowledge should not be apply for the post)
Knowledge must have on building construction methods and materials·
Understanding of interior works like as false ceiling, partitions, flooring, finishes, carpentry.
Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and interior drawings
Basic knowledge of MEP coordination (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)·
Familiarity with quality control standards and site inspection procedures
Understanding of safety regulations and building codes·
Basic knowledge of estimation and BOQ preparation·
Familiarity with interior design drawings is an advantage·
Material planning, tracking, and inventory control·
Cost control and measurement (RA bills, final bills)·
Good verbal and written communication skills·
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities·
Ability to handle clients and resolve site issues professionally
