Responsibilities & Context:
  • Translate corporate business strategy into divisional sales plans, budgets, and performance targets.

  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and feasibility assessments to guide pricing, product positioning, and demand forecasts

  • Develop annual and project-wise sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and revenue plans in coordination with Finance and Marketing.

  • Drive project-based retail sales through site and regional teams, ensuring alignment with project launch plans, pricing, and promotional strategies

  • Lead institutional and bulk client acquisition through long-term partnerships with corporate buyers and investors

  • Manage and expand the agent, broker, and partner network to maximize sales coverage and ensure compliance, performance tracking, and ethical conduct

  • Lead the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) operations to ensure timely lead follow-up, conversion, and after-sales support.

  • Drive the sales pipeline and conversion ratios through data-driven performance tracking.

  • Monitor inventory movement, collection schedules, and handover milestones with cross-functional coordination.

  • Establish and enforce sales policies, documentation standards, and reporting protocols.

  • Work closely with Marketing for campaign design, lead generation, and digital outreach.

  • Liaise with Engineering and Project teams to stay updated on progress, quality, and handover timelines.

  • Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, revenue realization, and receivables.

  • Foster a performance-driven, ethical, and customer-centric culture in Sales
