Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
∎ Prepare and manage the annual budget, including revenue projections, expense forecasts, and capital expenditure planning. Monitor financial performance against the budget and provide regular updates to senior management.
∎ Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the executive team and board of directors, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and financial analysis.
∎ Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue enhancement. Provide recommendations for improving financial performance.
∎ Manage the company's cash flow, including optimizing working capital, monitoring liquidity, and ensuring the availability of funds for daily operations and strategic initiatives.
∎ Identify and assess financial risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and oversee insurance and hedging activities to protect the organization from financial losses.
∎ Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements, including tax laws, accounting standards, and industry-specific regulations.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to align financial plans with operational goals, and provide financial guidance to support decision-making.
∎ Build and lead a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities to team members.
∎ Lead or participate in strategic financial projects, such as mergers and acquisitions, capital raising initiatives, or business expansion plans.
∎ Assist to product cost in various sector of the Group.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Extensive experience in finance and accounting roles, with a progression of responsibilities, often including several years of experience in a leadership or managerial capacity.
∎ Strong financial analysis skills, including expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
∎ In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles (e.g., GAAP or IFRS), and tax laws.
∎ Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a finance team and collaborate with other departments.
∎ The ability to think strategically and provide financial insights to support the company's growth and profitability goals.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify financial issues and recommend solutions.
∎ Flexibility to adapt to changing business environments and priorities.
∎ Proficiency with financial software and systems, including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software, and advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and data analysis tools.
∎ High ethical standards and integrity in financial decision-making and reporting.
