Experience:

• At least 15 years

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)

ACA/ACCA or equivalent professional degree is a must.

• At least 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House, Group of Companies, Sweater Industry, Spinning, Dyeing Factory, Jewelry/Gem

• Minimum 5 years in leadership role (GM / DGM / Head)

• Capable of advising the board/MD on long-term financial planning and risk mitigation.

• Deep understanding of textile/apparel/export-oriented industries.

• Ability to handle foreign exchange risks, loan restructuring, and project financing.

Responsibilities & Context

Lead and oversee the Group’s overall financial strategy, reporting, compliance, treasury functions, and risk management, ensuring sustainable growth and financial discipline across all business units.

Job role:

• Lead group-level financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (MIS, Board reports)

• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships

• Drive cost control and profitability improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with tax, VAT, audit, and regulatory requirements

• Lead ERP/financial system implementation and process automation

• Support management in strategic decision-making & investment planning

• Supervise multi-unit finance teams (factory + HO)
