Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial management, treasury functions, costing, and commercial operations of our textile-focused group of companies. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, risk management, and strategic decision-making to drive business growth and profitability.
∎ Job role:
∎ •     Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, taxation, and audits.
∎ •     Implement strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
∎ •     Oversee fund management, banking relations, and financial risk assessment.
∎ •     Develop strategies to optimize working capital and ensure liquidity.
∎ •     Monitor and manage loan facilities and investments.
∎ •     Lead costing, pricing, and profitability analysis.
∎ •     Evaluate financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
∎ •     Implement cost-control measures across operations.
∎ •     Ensure compliance with commercial laws, regulatory requirements, and tax policies.
∎ •     Support business expansion and new investment opportunities.
∎ •     Provide financial insights for decision-making and business growth.
∎ • Led the Tax and VAT & Treasury Team to ensure the resolution of all taxation issues.
