• ACA/ACCA or equivalent professional degree is a must.

• Capable of advising the board/MD on long-term financial planning and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking an experienced senior professional to lead the accounts, financial, treasury functions, costing, and commercial operations of our textile-focused group of companies. The position will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, risk management, and strategic decision-making to drive business growth.

Job role:

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, taxation, and audits.

• Implement strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.

• Oversee fund management, banking relations, and financial risk assessment.

• Develop strategies to optimize working capital and ensure liquidity.

• Monitor and manage loan facilities and investments.

• Lead costing, pricing, and profitability analysis.

• Evaluate financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Implement cost-control measures across operations.

• Ensure compliance with commercial laws, regulatory requirements, and tax policies.

• Support business expansion and new investment opportunities.

• Provide financial insights for decision-making and business growth.

• Led the Tax and VAT & Treasury Team to ensure the resolution of all taxation issues.
