∎ CA / ICMA qualified or Masters in Accounting from a reputed University/Institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Financial planning, budgeting, and control of construction projects of Labaid Group.
∎ Maintaining books of accounts, financial records, chart of accounts for all projects.
∎ Ensure projects have sound, validated plans and plans are regularly followed up.
∎ Monitor the monthly & actual expenses and variance analysis.
∎ Prepare project costing along with cost analysis.
∎ Supervise asset management.
∎ Interact with banks/financial partners, internal & external auditors and regulatory bodies.
∎ Contribute in business planning exercises to maximize revenue, profitability & liquidity.
∎ Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 48 years
∎ Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Industry
∎ Self-motivated, dynamic and capable to work under pressure
∎ Strong Communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ Team player with experience of leading teams
∎ Advanced level user of relevant computer tools, packages
