Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance and Accounts.
∎ Professional Certification: FCA certification is must with Financial and Accounting Audit acumen.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops and ensures compliance to approved financial policies across all divisions and departments and units of SHN.
∎ Provides guidelines and oversees the development of the annual budgets in collaboration with all divisional and departmental heads.
∎ Support in monitoring and improving the financial functions of all assigned clinics and in consolidating and finalizing the financial budgets and reports.
∎ Ensures regular and timely dissemination of quality financial data and business information to support informed decision-making processes within SHN.
∎ Provides SHN CEO, board and other senior staff members with information on the financial health of the company, capital and resource requirements, financial compliance issues, planning, and tools sufficient to operate. Advises on financial implications of business activities and decisions.
∎ Explores options for portfolio and cash management of SHN funds to optimize return maintaining relationships with banks and other providers of potential financial services.
∎ Holds staff responsible for performing high standards and promotes transparency and accountability at all levels.
∎ Track expenditure, revenue and cost recovery rates of clinics against targets and seek explanations for variations and take corrective actions as needed.
∎ Oversees preparation and response to SHN audits.
∎ Undertake all tasks related to convening of SHN board and sub-committee meetings, compilation of working papers, writing minutes of board meetings, compliance with RJSC filing requirements and ensuring compliance with clauses of the company's Articles of Association.
∎ Performs other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ At least above-mentioned years of experience of financial management of a project, department or division within a corporate setting.
∎ Experience may be relaxed for exceptional candidates.
∎ Proven ability to link and apply complex financial instruments to business strategies.
∎ Demonstrated track record of establishing and managing finance and accounting systems, overseeing and working with audits; and strong familiarity with GAAP, corporate taxes, VAT and other related local regulations.
∎ Understanding of Government of Bangladesh financial, accounting and banking requirements.
∎ Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, banks and vendors.
∎ Outstanding interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written English and Bangla.
