• Minimum of 12 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the garments manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of success in managing complex financial operations and providing strategic financial leadership.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Experience managing a team of finance and accounting professionals.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's overall business objectives.
• Manage the company's accounting and financial reporting systems to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Provide accurate and timely financial information to the company's leadership team and other stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring that financial goals are established and met.
• Oversee the company's tax planning and compliance activities.
• Manage and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals.
