Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates Must have Hotel Management degree
∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check all equipment and daily chores to staff before opening.
∎ Maintain checklist.
∎ Mae sure all is in order before opening.
∎ To assist the team in overseeing and ensuring daily smooth operations including Banqueting functions and restaurant events.
∎ Brief team everyday about daily operation & future restaurant & Banquet Function.
∎ To ensure sufficient stocks for daily.
∎ Prepare purchase requisition for daily operation for events.
∎ To ensure the standards of service are delivered..
∎ Guide & Train new service staff.
∎ Ensure daily cash and credit collections are in order.
∎ Ensure neatness and cleanliness of workstation including hygiene aspects.
∎ Handle & attend guest complaints, online feedback's review and resolve accordingly.
∎ To record daily & monthly sales report.
∎ Responsible for the sales and revenue, profits & losses.
∎ Prepare, Monitor and act accordingly for Staff Duty Roster and Staff attendance.
∎ Monitor staff performance & report to high management.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Experience in a similar role , General Service, resort
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Catering, Convention center, Event Management, Group of Companies, Hotel, Resort, Restaurant
∎ Smart and Dynamic Personality
∎ Computer Skills.
∎ Good Command in English
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience will be preferred.
∎ Proven work experience as a manager or supervisor.
∎ Ability to develop constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers
∎ Problem solving and decision-making skills
∎ Service orientation and excellent organizational skills
∎ Good physical condition

Salary: Negotiable
