Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for leading Sales team(s) to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
∎ Developing an annual Sales Plan and providing quarterly and monthly updates in connection to company's yearly business plan.
∎ Ensure team sales activities by implementation of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly action plan and evaluate with the top management.
∎ Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team.
∎ Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.
∎ Regular analysis of sales trends & up coming with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.
∎ Proposing & implementing sales promotion.
∎ Managing sales of exclusive and high valued commercial and residential projects to meet budget, forecast and margin targets.
∎ Conducting competitive market intelligence, analyze and adjust positioning to retain and grow market leadership.
∎ Market analysis for correct strategies development for sales, pricing, product development and new product acquisition.
∎ Interpersonal relation.
∎ Ensure and maintain proper record keeping of all sales activities.
∎ To participate any other activities when required as part of management.
∎ Developing strategies to raise customers' pool, expand traffic and optimize profitability.
∎ Monitoring the market environment and competitor activities.
∎ Periodically briefing to the management.
∎ Handle single handedly the prospects within the guidelines set/discussed with the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have the high efficiency as a leader to run the sales teams/good leadership skills.
∎ At least 12 years experience with proven track record in renowned Real Estate housing companies.
∎ Must have sales & marketing experience of exclusive residential projects.
∎ Should be fluent in English and Bengali.
∎ Should be able to communicate with foreign stakeholders fluently.
∎ Should have good mentality, responsibilities and attitude in all respect with strong work ethic.
∎ Should be professional and target oriented.
∎ Should have good skills in computer.
