Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the sales team(s) to achieve the set objective using marketing strategies;
∎ By mentoring and inspiring the sales team, develop and drive sales initiatives to meet targets;
∎ Train team for project information including key selling points, target clients for each phase of project, sales script, etc.
∎ Creating new markets and carrying out targeted sales by developing, improving, and implementing comprehensive sales strategies and other promotional efforts for diverse projects;
∎ Driving sales planning, forecasting, and management of sales & customer service aggressively.
∎ Utilizing competitor benchmarking and competitor trend monitoring, we can successfully balance competing priorities and meet all client expectation;
∎ To do a market analysis, find new chances for business expansion, and create and carry out growth strategies;
∎ By hitting sales goals, delivering the desired top line in accordance with the project's business plan.
∎ Delivering excellent customer service to an elite clientele;
∎ Examine and assess the success of sales inquiries;
∎ Analyze and assess the performance of sales inquiries, strategies, and outcomes;
∎ Control the creation and administration of internal sales operations and procedures;
∎ Creating sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools and routinely analyzing sales trends;
∎ Participating in negotiations & bringing deals to a closure;
∎ Carry out any other job as assigned time to time by the management.
