Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Professional Certification from ICAB (ACA, FCA) ICMAB (ACMA, FCMA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Budgetary Control, Cost reduction, Internal Control Systems
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide timely and quality management information as per agreed schedule including drawing up procedures and forms
∎ Provide decision support to internal management by drawing up quality management reports through periodical need analysis of individual departments and managers and also provide ad-hoc information to assist in their decision making.
∎ Evaluate the major capital expenditure projects in line with the Company's capital expenditure policy and guidelines.
∎ Continuously monitor project commitments and costs with a view to keep project costs within budgeted limits
∎ Evaluate proposals for capital expenditure that are of a significant nature through a financial cost-benefit exercise
∎ Carry out financial studies and other studies relating to investments and acquisitions
∎ Optimize working capital needs by regular review of working capital levels as compared to yearly budget.
∎ Set up an inventory control system, work out maximum and re-order stock levels and monitor stocks
∎ Review accounts receivables to ensure that the balance is within agreed levels
∎ Review advances regularly to ensure that these are settled within due dates.
∎ Develop and update financial policies, procedures and guidelines for the group
∎ Ensure proper JD and KPIs are set for subordinates, evaluate staff performance and provide feed-back, mentor for improvement, ensure discipline, identify training needs & facilitate training, and manage their career development.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Proficient in MS Office Application (Specially in Ms Excel & PowerPoint).
∎ Sound Knowledge and experience of working in Tally & ERP environment.
∎ IFRS compliant Reporting skill
∎ Consolidation reporting

Salary: Negotiable
