Job Responsibilities:
∎ Special experience for General Manager: Business Development
∎ Reporting directly to MD & Chairperson.
∎ Working on profit loss; developing and implementing strategy.
∎ Develop a growth strategy and conduct researches to identify new projects across different Government sector.
∎ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and promote the company's services.
∎ Build long term relationships with new and existing clients.
∎ To study the structural and architectural design/drawing pertinent to the project and execute construction works accordingly.
∎ Identifying and selecting experts for proposals.
∎ Drafting of prequalification files and the response to the public tenders. Also have to make sure with the requirements of the specifications, both technically and financially.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Strong Business and Commercial knowledge.
∎ As per the mentor to the team, focusing on training and development.
∎ At least 4 years' experience as a General Manager in Business Development Department.
∎ Understanding of Government tender and Ministry projects.
∎ Must have the 15 years of true experience in Civil Construction sector.
∎ Project management skill.
∎ Ready to go field trip when company required.
∎ Setting financial proposal for projects.
∎ Interest in national and international current affairs
∎ Ability to clearly communicate with people of different backgrounds
