Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Should have MBA or Post Graduation Diploma in Marketing from any reputed University/ Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Sales Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Context:
∎ A Business development General Manager is to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients & maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
∎ To ensure communicating new products development to prospective clients & overseeing the development of marketing literature to enrich business profitability.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Applying the policy of marketing management and sales administration to achieve organizational goals.
∎ Planning & implementing strategy in accordance with the vision of the company.
∎ Developing Strategic Approaches to sales and executing these strategies.
∎ Leading and supporting on a continuous change sales agenda. Advising the sales team to positive decisions to drive effectiveness.
∎ To lead the sales, marketing, service of electronics items, parts and market network development related to across the country.
∎ Formulate Market development plan & implement it's successfully directed the management.
∎ Communicate with Principal, Plant, Dealer, Customer, Suppliers and Stakeholder efficiently.
∎ Identify potential areas and take necessary steps to grow the business volume.
∎ Develop a network with different business conglomerates for enhancing the sales.
∎ Executing Talent Retention and Succession sales Planning initiatives.
∎ Responsible for Sustainability Strategies.
∎ Any other assignments as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.

Salary:
