Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the travel agency, including staff supervision and workflow coordination
- Advanced knowledge about visa processing
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base
- Have to attend a foreign client's meeting
- Handle client inquiries, provide travel consultations, and create customized travel itineraries
- Liaise with travel partners (airlines, hotels, tour operators) to negotiate contracts and secure the best deals
- Monitor travel trends and market changes to stay competitive
- Ensure compliance with travel laws, insurance regulations, and health and safety policies
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to meet and exceed performance goals
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Prepare monthly reports on sales, performance, and customer feedback
