Responsibilities & Context:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the travel agency, including staff supervision and workflow coordination
• Advanced knowledge about visa processing
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base
• Have to attend a foreign client's meeting
• Handle client inquiries, provide travel consultations, and create customized travel itineraries
• Liaise with travel partners (airlines, hotels, tour operators) to negotiate contracts and secure the best deals
• Monitor travel trends and market changes to stay competitive
• Ensure compliance with travel laws, insurance regulations, and health and safety policies
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to meet and exceed performance goals
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Prepare monthly reports on sales, performance, and customer feedback
