• Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets through inbound and outbound calls

• Conduct daily telemarketing outreach to potential clients and maintain a structured follow-up pipeline

• Manage customer inquiries, explain services clearly, and convert prospects into confirmed clients

• Maintain detailed call logs, lead records, and status updates in the CRM system

• Prepare daily/weekly marketing and performance reports for management

• Assist in online inquiry handling across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social channels

• Support basic company branding and promotional communication (desk-based)

• Conduct market research and competitor tracking to support marketing strategy

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and higher conversion

• Maintain professional communication standards and deliver consistent service quality
