Desk-Based Marketing & Telemarketing-

1. Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets through inbound and outbound calls

2. Conduct daily telemarketing outreach to potential clients and maintain a structured follow-up pipeline

3. Manage customer inquiries, explain services clearly, and convert prospects into confirmed clients

4. Maintain detailed call logs, lead records, and status updates in the CRM system

5. Prepare daily/weekly marketing and performance reports for management

6. Assist in online inquiry handling across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social channels

7. Support basic company branding and promotional communication (desk-based)

8. Conduct market research and competitor tracking to support marketing strategy

9. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and higher conversion.

10. Maintain professional communication standards and deliver consistent service quality
