Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters with experience on Gender Rights related project;
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Involve all level of project interventions those are relevant for gender cross-cutting and gender transformative;
∎ Support project team to promote equity and inclusion integration into program intervention;
∎ Provide guidance on integrating gender specific requirements in designing, planning and implementation of project interventions;
∎ Support M & E systems to ensure gender and inclusivity are reflected in project's output, outcome and impact level indicators.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command both in English & Bangla;
∎ Requires knowledge of using personal computers including Microsoft Office Application;
∎ Knowledge of Human Rights, women empowerment, leadership, community engagement and rights based approach;
∎ Approximate 40% travel required in field.
