∎ Age 28 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Thoroughly analyzing design sketches and tech packs to fully understand and clarify the design intent.
∎ Precisely interpreting technical specifications, construction methods, workmanship standards, placement details, embellishment requirements, and washing instructions.
∎ Providing expert advice and maintaining effective communication with the Merchant team regarding style details, special requirements, comments, and potential production challenges.
∎ Rigorous oversight of customer requirements, specification measurements, product quality, styling details, labeling, washing standards, safety regulations, and testing protocols.
∎ Guaranteeing accurate fit and proper draping on dummy, seeking clarification from merchant team members and the customer before sample dispatch.
∎ Collaborating with buying technologists to review products and clarify any necessary amendments.
∎ Ensuring timely submission of all finished samples for inspection upon completion of the sampling production chain.
∎ Conducting detailed assessments of construction, measurements, pattern accuracy, workmanship, garment appearance, and fitting to identify any discrepancies.
∎ Accountability for planning and monitoring the daily work of the in-house Quality Assurance (QA) team throughout all sampling stages.
